Pet records stay on this device

Pet names, species, breeds, saved ages and weights, activity, neuter status, vaccines, reminders and event notes are saved in this browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded to our analytics or shared across devices. Calculator input values are not sent to analytics. Anyone with access to this browser may be able to read saved records.

PDFs are generated on your device. Printing, downloading or sharing creates copies outside this site; deleting records here does not remove those copies. A font file may be fetched to prepare a PDF, without sending your pet record in that request.

Optional usage analytics

Only after you allow analytics, we send a random browser identifier, a session identifier, page path (not entered values or search parameters), feature name, device category and referring website hostname to Lovable Cloud. Country is derived from the hosting request’s country header; unknown locations are recorded as Unknown. Approved team members can view aggregate usage reports.

We do not send pet names, health notes or calculator values. These random identifiers are pseudonymous, not a promise of absolute anonymity. Analytics respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal. No advertising cookies are set by our analytics code.

Analytics records currently have no automatic expiry. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes local analytics identifiers; it does not delete events already recorded.

Delete saved pet data

Delete individual entries in My pets or Reminders, or remove all profiles, vaccines, dates and event history below. Export any records you need first. This cannot be undone.

Your browser’s site-data settings can also clear storage for this website. Clearing storage removes records and choices; switching devices, browsers or between different site addresses does not transfer them.

Team accounts and service requests

Team sign-in is separate from local pet profiles. Lovable Cloud processes team account details and session information to provide access. Sign-in may use browser storage or essential session cookies. Our hosting, account and asset services necessarily receive connection information such as your IP address when handling requests; this is distinct from the fields recorded in our usage analytics.

External source links, sign-in providers and any destination you share a PDF with have their own privacy policies. We cannot control those services’ retention. A privacy contact has not yet been published; this policy must be updated with the site operator’s contact details.

Optional supporter appreciation

Stripe handles contributions under its own privacy policy. We do not collect card details. A private return key is saved in this browser to let you check payment confirmation and manage your optional appreciation profile. Clearing browser storage removes that key.

Only after payment confirmation and your explicit permission do we publish your chosen display name, country and pet photos on Our Pawsome donators. These details are separate from your locally saved pet profiles and are not sent to analytics. Photos are stored privately and shared through temporary links only for published profiles. Public visitors can copy shared details and photos.

Use “Hide my profile” on the appreciation page from the same browser to withdraw permission and remove its photos. Existing photo links can remain usable for up to one hour, and copies made by other people are outside our control. Payment confirmation records are retained; no automatic expiry is currently configured. For removal if your browser key is lost, use our Contact & feedback form.
